TLC has a 5 million dollar budget and is in partnership with the Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) and the Division of Early Childhood Education (NYCDOE). Funds for CPSE are from New York State Department of Education and streamlined to NYC Department of Education.
TLC also relies heavily on fundraising and monetary donations in order to enhance our outstanding programing.
